Katerina brings over 25 years of professional experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and corporate finance. She has held six Non-Executive Director (NED) board positions as a VC/PE representative. Katerina has significant expertise in structuring investments, monitoring, and managing exits across the technology, AI, ML, IoT, and food sectors. She is an INSEAD certified board director (IDP-C) and holds the INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance. Her academic credentials include an MBA from Imperial College Business School in London, as well as a Bachelor’s and a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the Agricultural University of Athens.

Nikolas is the Managing Director of KENDRIS Capital Limited and the Head of Institutional Clients at KENDRIS, a senior executive with over 12 years of cross-border experience in alternative investments, fund management, and strategic financial advisory. Proven track record in leading regulated AIFMs and delivering high-impact investment strategies across Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Malta. His expertise spans alternative investments and capital markets, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, fund of funds, secondaries, co-investments, listed equities, and fixed income. He has extensive experience in corporate structuring and fund setup, portfolio management, risk management, AML, compliance and fund administration. He worked closely and advised Global Funds, Family Offices, HNWIs, UHNWIs, and Entrepreneurs on structuring, governance, and cross-border financial and investment strategies. His career includes managing a €5 billion portfolio at The Carlyle Group in Luxembourg and holding executive leadership roles across multiple licensed fund managers, alternative investment funds and private corporations.

Eleni has over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector and held management positions in banking institutions such as Laiki Bank and Bank of Cyprus both in London and Cyprus. She also serves as the Treasurer of the Cyprus Institute of Financial Services. Eleni holds a BA in Economics from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, followed by a Diploma in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and she is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She also holds CySEC Advanced and AML certifications.

Marios has over 20 years of experience in banking, finance and investment management. He has held senior positions at Ancoria Bank, Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank/Credit Agricole and Landmark Securities, with extensive expertise in business banking, corporate finance, operational risk, financial structuring, regulatory matters and stakeholder management. He is CySEC Advanced Certified and holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees from leading UK universities. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director in licensed AIFM entities.

Constantinos is a regulatory and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial services. He has led licensing projects under investment, fund and payment regulations. His expertise lies in compliance, internal audit and anti-money laundering across the EU and Middle East. He is a Director and Partner at FAI COMPLY and serves as a Non-Executive Director on investment firms and fund structures. He is also the co-founder of The Legal Opinions, a boutique law firm focused on cross-border financial services.

Marina has 30 years of experience in executive administration and banking operations. She has previously served as an Executive Personal Assistant to the multiple senior management executives of Eurobank. She has obtained a BSc in Business Administration from Deree – The American College of Greece.

Dionysis Nikolopoulos has over 2 years of experience in private equity and financial advisory. He has hands-on involvement in operational and financial restructuring processes, financial modelling and valuation, and investment analysis. He has previously worked at Deloitte in Strategy & Transactions. Dionysis holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Macedonia.

Penny Kokkinou has 9 years of experience in deals consulting. She has worked on more than 50 due diligence projects on targets, mainly based in Greece, France, UK and USA, in various industries. She joined the fund in October 2025, having previously worked at Grant Thornton in Paris and EY in Athens. Penny holds a MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a MSc in Risk Management and Financial Engineering from Imperial College Business School.

Mr. Andreas Themistocleous has 25 years of experience in senior management roles in retail and corporate banking, portfolio & investments management services. He is the Vice Secretary of the Cyprus Institute of Financial Services and has served as a Cooperative Cyprus Bank Employees Provident Fund committee member for 8 years. He has obtained a BSc from University of East Anglia in Accountancy and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He also passed the ASE stockbroking exams in 2006 and holds the CySEC Advanced Certificates of Professional Competence since 2004. In February 2020 he was awarded the CYSEC – AML Compliance Officer Certificate.

Kostas has 9 years of experience across private equity, corporate finance & financial advisory, and audit. His expertise includes transaction structuring and execution, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, and portfolio management. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a BSc from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as an MSc from ESADE Business School.

Nikos has over 8 years of experience in private equity, corporate restructuring and financial advisory. He has evaluated investment opportunities, performed transactional due diligence and managed portfolio investments, with a focus on distressed and special situations as well as SME consolidation. Nikos holds a BSc from Athens University and an MSc from Imperial College Business School.

Elisa has 12 years of experience in private equity, M&A and leveraged acquisition finance, as well as in-house corporate development within a FTSE100 company in London. She has executed and managed transactions across multiple European jurisdictions and actively supports portfolio company operations. Elisa holds a MEng from the University of Patras and an MSc from Cass Business School.

Stavros has over 20 years of experience in financial management, private equity and M&A, with a strong focus on operational integration, turnarounds and SME consolidation. He has led business development initiatives across the IT and food sectors. Stavros is a CFA charterholder and holds a BSc from Athens University of Economics & Business and an MSc from Brunel University.

George has 30 years of experience in senior executive roles, including CEO and COO positions, with a specialization in food, packaging and plastics. He has advised SMERemediumCap on multiple investments and serves as an EBRD advisor to SMEs. George holds a BEng from PCL in London, an MSc from Imperial College London, and he is an alumnus of INSEAD and Kellogg business schools.

Elias brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory, operational restructuring and investment management. He has held senior roles in wholesale, production and asset management services, while he has also worked with leading advisory firms such as Deloitte, supporting complex restructurings and operational turnarounds. Elias holds a BSc from Queen Mary & Westfield College and an MSc from the London School of Economics.

Nikos has over 35 years of experience in wholesale banking, capital markets, asset management, private equity and corporate restructuring. He has held senior leadership roles in major Greek and international financial institutions, including Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and the Bank of Greece, and has served as Chairman of the Hellenic Bank Association and Global Finance. Nikos holds a BSc from the University of Piraeus, an MSc from the American University and a PhD in Economics from Penn State University.
