Both the SMERemediumCap investment fund and the management of ENGIE Hellas are committed to working closely and constructively to ensure a smooth transfer of the company to its new shareholders, so that the business can continue its operations uninterrupted and maintain the high standard of service quality that has consistently distinguished it over the years. At the same time, the successful transition of the company will be supported by the commitment, dedication, professionalism and experience of its employees.
The primary business objective of this investment is the creation of a pioneering and leading organisation that will deliver comprehensive, high-quality services across the full spectrum of facility management activities, through organic growth as well as new investments and strategic partnerships.
